We work closely with our small network of investors from the UK and overseas and are continuing to grow our construction business to compliment our own and investor funded small to medium scale developments. We work with banks and bridging finance companies and offer a full schedule of works with itemised completion stages witch correspond with your surveyors requested draw down payments and are covered by all relevant insurances and warranties you would expect to see with a reputable construction company.

Our unique selling point is that we can heavily contribute to a JV in such a way that other JV partners may not, utilising our skill set to design, build, divide and refurbish the project to completion. With our in-house OMG Construction team, we are an attractive asset to our JV partners from the outset.

We are always seeking new tenders and potential joint venture partners to work with us on a multitude of projects and not only welcome joint ventures for lettings, but also flips and other developments.
